Who pays on a shared board?
Only the workspace owner. Everyone you invite — editors and viewers alike — uses Tickhatch free, forever. Pricing is flat per workspace, never per seat.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything you've made. Existing projects, members, connected repos, and agent tokens keep working — you just can't add new ones beyond the free limits. Nothing is ever locked or deleted.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. One project, the full four-stage board, and Telegram intake, with no trial clock and no credit card. It's the product we built for solo devs first.
How does billing work?
Checkout and subscriptions are handled by Stripe as the merchant of record — taxes are calculated and handled at checkout, receipts and cancellation live in a self-serve portal, and your card details never touch our servers.
